The Chef de Cuisine position at The Guest House is a unique and innovative position ideal for a chef who is self-driven and interested in prototyping a land-based Colorado cuisine. Skill sets of high seasonal agricultural accountability and whole animal cuisine are required. Loyalty to classical cooking technique and accountability to the history & practice of cuisine development are required, with the ability to apply those skill sets to innovative & rustic service settings.
