Kristin Broumas, with an extensive professional culinary background, grew up on a farm in Maine with a family that grew, foraged and preserved a lot of their own food. She developed a connection to the land and a respect for it at a young age, which makes her a chef after our own heart. Come enjoy dinner in the field with her & us.
