A weekend of wild food & herb foraging from the land of Sunfire Ranch. Participants will enjoy wild plant instruction, hikes on the land, cooking with foraged food, and crafting wild-foraged herbal medicine.
This workshop will be facilitated by: Erica Marciniec – a seasoned wild food forager and author on the topic of Colorado wild edibles; Dalene Barton - a seasoned Crystal River foraging herbalist; and Guest House Sous Chef Bryan Garneau – a Sunfire ranch forage cooking super-nerd.
Lodging & meals are included in the experience with both camping & room lodging available.
$250 for camping participants, $415 for room/cabin lodging participants
